Scott Downing is PGA/ Professional and been recognized as the Teacher of the Year in 2010 in the Indiana Section.  In his thirty years of instructing all playability levels Scott has been recognizes as a Top teacher, fitter, and junior leader.  Scott has been successful in forming top instructional programs and his students have attained many victories under his tutelage. Professional victories, AJGA, High School State Titles, NCAA Division 1 scholarships, USKIDS Junior Tour Championship titles, and many other personal achievements sets Scott’s golf instruction as some of the top information in the game.  Scott works with all playability levels and prides himself on forming his instruction to the individual.  He is trained in biomechanics and is a Level 2 TPI Certified Golf Fitness instructor.  He uses all forms of technology with his students such as video analysis, 3D Motion Capture, Launch Monitors, and a host of other training aids in order to match the learning style of each individual.  Scott’s players agree that he is the complete golf instructor, working with all facets of the game from building the full swing technique to a short game and putting “guru,” his knowledge of course management and mental coaching come from his own years of professional playing experiences since he was nineteen years old.  He is known as the  professional to go to that can fix anything in your game...understanding how to play the game of golf is a passion of Scott’s and his scoring techniques have worked for players at the highest levels of play.
